Woman Caught On Video Putting Kids Out In Sub-Zero Temperatures With No Winter Clothing
WILLISTON, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A woman in Williston, North Dakota was caught on video Thursday morning putting kids in a grocery cart with no winter clothing in sub-zero temperatures.
Sgt. Detective Danielle Hendricks of the Williston Police Department released a statement saying the children have been located and they are safe. The incident remains under investigation.
