Thief River Falls (trfnews.i234.me) — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash at a Thief River Falls intersection on Dec. 20. No injuries were reported.
Crash reported at Davis Avenue and Third Street
According to the report, officers were called at 6:26 p.m. The crash happened at the intersection of Davis Avenue and Third Street.
Police said Daria Waletzki of Thief River Falls was driving a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The report said she was traveling southbound on Davis Avenue.
Police said Waletzki was turning onto Third Street when the crash happened. The report said her vehicle was struck by a 2024 Chevy Trailblazer.
The Chevy Trailblazer was driven by Alejandro Lara of Thief River Falls. Police said Lara was traveling westbound on Third Street at the time.

No injuries reported
Police said there were no known injuries. No other details about damage were released in the report.
Citation issued
Waletzki was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign, according to the report.
