BISMARCK, N.D. (trfnews.i234.me) – A 32-year-old Bismarck man, Casey Nimrick, is facing numerous felony charges, including attempted murder and drug possession, after an alleged domestic violence incident.
Court records reveal Nimrick and his girlfriend argued on December 3, prompting her to leave the residence due to concerns from a prior incident. She contacted police and reported that, during a November 18 argument, Nimrick struck her with a beer bottle, fired shots at her in the shower, and physically assaulted her. He reportedly strangled her, slammed her head into the shower wall, and pushed her down the stairs, causing injuries documented in timestamped photographs.
The woman also stated a 7-year-old child was present during the assaults.
Nimrick was arrested on December 4, and police discovered two baggies of cocaine in his possession. He faces charges of attempted murder, aggravated assault, domestic violence, child neglect, and drug-related offenses.
