FARGO, N.D. (trfnews.i234.me) – Two women, Alexis Jones, 29, and Antionette Brown, 28, have been arrested following multiple shoplifting incidents in Fargo. Jones faces charges of robbery, possession of drug paraphernalia, and shoplifting, while Brown faces charges of possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and shoplifting.
The series of events began on November 21, when Fargo Police responded to a robbery call at a store on 13th Avenue South. Store staff reported that two women attempted to leave without paying for items concealed in a gift bag. When confronted, one suspect fled after assaulting the store manager. Police could not initially locate the suspects but obtained security footage.
On November 22, the suspect footage helped identify Jones, who was linked to another burglary. On November 27, a second shoplifting incident led to the identification of both women, with drug paraphernalia found on both suspects during their arrest.
