BOTTINEAU, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Officials tell TRF News that Rolette County Commissioner is under investigation by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation and North Dakota Attorney General’s office. Craig Poitra was booked into the Bottineau County jail on November 8th and has since posted bail.
