Thief River Falls, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Rayne Austin Villa, a 24-year-old resident of Merrifield, has been cited for theft. According to the citation, Villa allegedly reversed his vehicle into a driveway located at 1610 Stevens Drive and took a Champion generator that was in the driveway.
Two witnesses identified Villa as the driver involved in the incident. The theft occurred on October 16 and was reported at 4:01 p.m.
