FARGO (trfnews.i234.me) — A West Fargo man is charged. A woman reported an alleged attack at her Fargo apartment.
What court records say
Deiondre Nefzger, of West Fargo, faces three felony counts. They include attempted gross sexual imposition, aggravated assault, and terrorizing.
The woman told investigators she met up with Nefzger after talking on Snapchat. She described him as an old friend.
She said he came to her apartment, and the visit started out calm. She said it changed fast.

Alleged attack inside the apartment
According to court documents, the woman said Nefzger grabbed her from behind. She said he wrapped his arms across her chest.
She said he squeezed hard and made it hard to breathe. She said she fought to get free.
The woman said Nefzger pulled down her sweatpants during the struggle. She said she kept resisting.
She said she broke free and screamed. She said she pushed him toward the door.
The report says Nefzger then left the apartment. The woman said she feared he would kill her.
Arrest and charges
Court records say Nefzger was later arrested. Prosecutors then filed the felony charges.
The charging document does not decide guilt. It lists what the state says happened.
Nefzger will have the chance to respond in court. A judge will decide the next steps.
