Details on the apprehension of Maez-Schaak have not been disclosed.

Maez-Schaak has a history of arrests, with over 30 prior incidents before his latest arrest. In April, he was one of three individuals arrested in Fargo after crashing a stolen pickup into a fence near I-94.
