FLORIDA, USA (trfnews.i234.me) – Lil Durk (real name Durk Banks) was arrested by U.S. Marshals on Thursday for a murder-for-hire charge.
Banks, 32, is being held in the Broward County Main Jail without bond.
According to reports, five members of his crew were indicted as co-conspirators in a Los Angeles murder-for-hire plot.
It’s unclear if Banks’ arrest is related to this case. The details are still unknown and First Coast News has requested further information from the Chicago rapper’s arrest report.
Lil Durk was nominated for four Grammy Awards, with one win in February for “Best Melodic Rap Performance” on a song featuring J. Cole.
The rapper is set to release an album titled “Deep Thoughts” on November 22nd, which will feature 17 songs.
