Northern Minnesota Lawsuit Claims Massive Electricity Theft For Bitcoin Mining Operation
BAUDETTE, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A civil lawsuit filed by the North Star Electric Cooperative in Baudette, Minnesota claims massive theft of their electricity for a bitcoin mining operation.
I am a huge Bitcoin Maxi, and an Electrical Engineer working in the Power Systems industry. I fully agree with the statement to not make it about the crypto mining equipment. The real issue is these people are criminals that were caught stealing electricity and bribing.
But if they installed the transformer themselves, somehow to the grid, that is real ballsy!
Also, I'm curious what SCADA software they were running to detect the line loss. I had worked for one of the largest SCADA providers for 8 years, it's great to see when SCADA helps identify issues on the grid!
This is hilarious lol
Wow
@iNewZTV – you need to check the spamming going on in your comments . they're posting crypo scams
why would that be a 'civil' matter & not a criminal one? it's called 'theft of services'
ok what about bigfork electric WAY over charging us please look into this
Wow, mention bitcoin and all the obvious advertisement bots having fake conversations pile up instantly. Doesn't seem shady at all, it's totally true, smart and honorable people get involved all the time.
The first few suckers in a Ponzi scheme do get to make money I suppose.
Funny how all of the comments here are about how to profit from bitcoin. They are literally so degenerate that the theft of electricity to create this scourge on humanity has no effect on them. 😂
I'm new to trading How can I make more profitable investment in crypto without incurring most losses?
That's some massive computer power.
