NDSU Women 12th in Regional Cross Country Poll


The North Dakota State women’s cross country team is ranked 12th in the Midwest Region in the latest regional rankings released by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) this week.
 
The Bison women climbed two spots in the poll to match their highest ranking of the 2024 season. NDSU is the top-ranked Summit League school. Seniors Reagan Baesler and Grace Link have been the No. 1 and No. 2 runners for the Bison at each meet this year.
 
The Midwest Region includes nearly 40 Division I schools in a nine-state area comprised of Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma and South Dakota.
 
The Bison will race next on Nov. 2 at the Summit League Championships in Vermillion, S.D.
