UPDATE: Dangerous, icy driving conditions in northern Valley
CROOKSTON, Minn. (trfnews.i234.me) UPDATE: Freezing rain and a trace of snow has created icy driving conditions in the northern Valley. One car has already hit the ditch between Crookston and Fisher, Minnesota.
The driver and passenger of armored truck rolled over near Fisher at 9:23 a.m. Adam Bruce of Harriman, New York and Mark Anderson of Emerado, North Dakota were transported to Riverview Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
