FARGO, N.D. (trfnews.i234.me) — A devastating house fire in the 1500 block of 6th Street South in Fargo has left a family displaced and tragically claimed the life of one pet.
The fire broke out around 5 p.m., and while firefighters were able to contain the flames to one room, the entire house suffered extensive smoke damage.
All residents managed to escape safely before crews arrived, but of the three pets in the home, one did not survive.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation, and no cost estimate for the damage has been provided yet.
