FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Formal charges have now been filed in connection to a fight in Downtown Fargo on May 12. One of the suspects says it started because of an incident 4 years agao. Jesua Moreno Jr. and Daishia Vivier have each been charged with Aggravated Assault.
