19-Year-Old Motorcyclist Dies After High-Speed Crash on I-35W, Organ Donation Saves Lives

MINNEAPOLIS (trfnews.i234.me) – A 19-year-old motorcyclist, Kaeden Devon Price, has tragically passed away after a high-speed crash on I-35W in Minneapolis. The accident occurred around 5 p.m. on September 24 near 36th Street. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Price was driving at a high rate of speed when he sideswiped a Jeep Wrangler and rear-ended a Ford F150.

Price, a resident of Blaine, was rushed to Hennepin County Medical Center with life-threatening injuries. Although he was wearing a helmet and alcohol was not a factor, he succumbed to his injuries later in the week. On Friday, the Hennepin County Medical Examiner confirmed his death.

A GoFundMe for Price’s family revealed that his organs were donated after he was removed from life support. An honor walk was held in his memory to celebrate the lives his organ donation will save. The other drivers involved in the crash were not injured.
