SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Junior Madi Hicks has been named the Summit League Women’s Peak Golfer of the Week for the second time this season, the league office announced on Thursday.
Hicks recorded her second top five finish of the season after coming in tied for fifth place at the Diane Thomason Invitational. She assembled rounds of 76, 71 and 78 to finish +6 with a 54-hole total of 225. Hicks helped guide the Bison to a fifth place finish in the 15-team tournament.
NDSU swept the weekly awards for the second time this season after Ian Simonich was named the Summit League Peak Men’s Golfer of the Week.

NDSU will be back in action at the Rainbow Wahine Invitational in Kapolei, Hawaii on Oct. 21-23.
