It occurred at Minnesota Highway 58 and Hay Creek Trail.

The collision involved a Harley-Davidson motorcycle and a Ford Fusion.

A 2011 Ford Fusion was traveling north on Highway 58 before the crash.

A 2026 Harley-Davidson Road Glide was traveling south on the same highway.

The two vehicles collided near Hay Creek Trail, according to the crash report.

The road surface was dry when the collision occurred.

Thomes Porames Eskeldson, 39, of Ellsworth, Wisconsin, was riding the Harley-Davidson.

Eskeldson suffered injuries described as life-threatening.

He was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester for treatment.

Eskeldson was wearing a helmet when the crash happened.

Alcohol was not suspected in connection with the motorcycle rider.

Trenton Jason Matthies, 25, of Randolph, was driving the Ford Fusion.

Matthies suffered injuries described as non-life-threatening.

He was taken to Mayo Hospital in Red Wing for medical care.

Matthies was wearing a seat belt.

The Ford’s airbags deployed during the crash.

The report listed alcohol as suspected for the Ford driver.
