SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Senior defensive specialist Logan O’Brien has been named the Summit League Defensive Peak Performer of the Week, the league office announced on Tuesday.
O’Brien helped the Bison (5-5, 1-0 Summit) open Summit League play with a 3-1 win at St. Thomas last Thursday. She totaled a match-best and season-high 26 digs with five assists. O’Brien averaged 6.50 digs per set and it marked her third 20-dig performance this season.
