Cass County: 3 Fargo Theft Suspects Caught

Cass County (trfnews.i234.me) — Police in Fargo say three suspects are in custody after a late-night foot chase.

Officers were called to the 4400 block of 15th Avenue South around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Staff at a nearby business reported a shoplifting incident and gave descriptions of three people.

When officers arrived, the three people ran from the area on foot.
Police set up a perimeter and searched the South Fargo neighborhood.
All three suspects were taken into custody after the brief chase.

Authorities say 33-year-old Victoria Dubois was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
She is also suspected of refusing to stop for officers at the scene.

Thirty-one-year-old Carlos Garcia was also arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Police say he is accused of refusing to halt when officers arrived.

A third woman was detained and is under investigation for shoplifting.
Her name has not been released as the investigation continues.

Investigators say it appears none of the three has a permanent address.
That can make court orders and future court appearances more difficult.
The case is expected to move forward in Cass County court.

Court records will show the final list of charges in the coming days.
Anyone with more information about this incident can contact the Fargo Police Department.

    1. Roger Hellerud That’s just like saying I hate white people for everything they’ve done to my people!! I’ve had way more bad experiences dealing with white people than I have any other race 🤷🏻‍♀️ and I don’t hate them even though I have every right to. I just really dislike when they’re hateful like you. Does everyone on your friends list who is Native or Mexican know how much you hate our people? You do know that God doesn’t like ugly right? Do you think he has any ounce of love for evil and hateful people like yourself who refuse to change their behavior? This isn’t the first time I’ve seen you comment hateful racist remarks on a news link either. You seriously have some deep rooted issues that Facebook isn’t going to solve. How about therapy? Or picking up a new hobby instead of trolling? If anyone needs to be deported it should be you.
