The owners of these apartments and other's across the city have a lot of crime and violence in and around their buildings and also are harboring illegal immigrants, how would I know you ask, I was searching for an apartment and visited many of their complexes and noticed it all from illegals and violence and if they were inspected would surely be shut down by health inspectors the places were so disgusting and not fit for human habitation, not even fit for animals, that's no joke.
And when you're on housing you are or have to sign a contract agreeing to if there is violence in the home directed towards women, children or other's your supposed to be kicked out, why isn't Cass county housing in West Fargo and f-m housing not complying with these signed documents? You can't even get the apartment if you don't sign.
There are thousands of people who should be out of these apartments and its not just this rental properties it's most of em in Fargo – West Fargo and Moorhead, weather it be male or female violence there supposed to be removed and this is not happening.
What's the problem here? If you have a brain I think you can figure it out, but most aren't aware of these rules and someone is paying of someone to not interfere. Housing needs to be held accountable! Along with these management companies and their owners.
