Not believed to be any danger to the public…huh? A man, through a sad set of circumstances, ends up dead from hyperthermia, and yet someone felt there was a need to state that? That man's actions effected himself, how could that endanger the public? Gotta feed the masses their paranoia I guess.
There have been so many cases of this disoriented wandering due to poisonings. I hope they can find out.
