My own defense lawyer calls this "the process". I'm more inclined to think it's more like "the Processing". like an Abbatoir. Accusations are easy; sorting them out doesn't end well, no matter.
When people make false charges like this they should face prison time. This man could have went to prison and possibly even lost his life.
Sad reality to be guilty until proven innocent
This is one of those cases which point out the need to consider everyone INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW. Be careful because you wouldn't want to have it switched on you.

Sadly it ruined his Career,he is damaged goods now no matter what and charges should be brought against his accuser for the damage done
All a kid has to do is say something happened. They shouldn't charge people without proof.
WOW… How did it go that far??? That is a setback for actual victims and awful for what this teacher went through.
Thank God the process for vetting claims like this are as stringent as they are. False accusations are always weeded out.
Too little, too late. Parents need to hold some of this responsibility for ruining this mans future.
