MINNEAPOLIS, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A driver who crashed into a guard rail last weekend on Interstate-90 southeast of Rochester, Minnesota with a body in her car has now been charged with Murder in Minneapolis.

Charged with 2 counts of murder because the victim identified as they/them. Upon being charged, the male suspect who identified as a female, decided to also identify as being deaf and blind.
