- WHEN HE WAS AGE 16, LILLEY WAS BABYSITTING TWO YOUNG BOYS. HE EXPOSED HIMSELF TO THEM AND TRIED TO ANALLY PENETRATE ONE OF THE BOYS, WHO WAS AGE 8. LILLEY CONTINUED TO ACT OUT SEXUALLY WHILE IN RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT AND WAS FINALLY TERMINATED FROM THE PROGRAM.
