- WHEN MCDONALD WAS 13-14-YEARS-OLD, HE ENGAGED IN SEXUAL ACTS WITH THE 10-11-YEAR-OLD VICTIM. THE ACTS INCLUDED CONTACT BETWEEN HIS PENIS AND HER VULVA, ANUS, AND HER MOUTH. THE VICTIM REPORTED APPROXIMATELY 20-25 TIMES OF VICTIMIZATIONS. MCDONALD WOULD HOLD HER ARMS AND LEGS DOWN AND FORCE VAGINAL INTERCOURSE ON HER.
