Controlled Buys Alleged in Crookston
The complaint links Pylka to several alleged methamphetamine transactions involving Glen Michael Carter.

The complaint also describes trips from Crookston into North Dakota to obtain methamphetamine.

Prosecutors charged Pylka with aggravated first-degree controlled substance crime.
They allege the broader activity involved at least 100 grams of methamphetamine.

It also carries a possible fine of up to $1 million.
Other counts include first-, second-, and third-degree controlled substance offenses.
