WEST FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Leotis McGee Jr. of Fargo is now facing a trio of felony charges after a routine stop in West Fargo turned into a serious legal situation.
On August 19th, at 1:18 a.m., McGee was stopped by a West Fargo officer for riding a bicycle without a headlight. During the stop, the officer discovered that McGee had an outstanding warrant.
McGee attempted to flee but was quickly apprehended.
Upon his arrest, officers allegedly found M30 fentanyl pills and a stolen firearm in his possession.
He is now charged with possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, unlawful possession of a firearm, and theft of property, as the firearm had been reported stolen.
