MINNEAPOLIS (trfnews.i234.me) – Jamie White, a 46-year-old man from Moorhead, has pleaded guilty in federal court in Minneapolis to distributing over 500 grams of methamphetamine between April 2023 and February 2024.
During a search of his home last October, authorities discovered more than 400 grams of fentanyl powder laced with the dangerous tranquilizer xylazine, while investigating a report of a woman allegedly restrained in his basement.
Despite being released on bond in December, White continued his illegal activities. His guilty plea now subjects him to a mandatory 15-year prison sentence due to prior felony convictions.
A sentencing hearing will be scheduled later. The case was handled by the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, DEA, Clay County Sheriff’s Office, Moorhead Police Department, and other agencies.
