FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Fargo Police have arrested 23-year-old DeMarcos Shawn Rapley in connection with a shooting that occurred on Saturday evening at the VIP Barber Shop and Salon, located on the 700 block of South 45th Street. The incident followed an argument between two individuals who were known to each other.
At around 7:00 p.m., officers responded to the scene and found that one person had been shot. The victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. By 8:00 p.m., police tracked Rapley to his residence on the 4,000 block of 34th Avenue South, where he was arrested. Rapley faces charges of aggravated assault with a weapon and reckless endangerment.
