FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Breaking news from South Fargo this Saturday evening. At approximately 7:45 p.m., there is a significant police presence at the 700 block of 45th Street South. The VIP Barbershop and Salon has been cordoned off with crime scene tape.
