MINOT, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Jaeger Lundeen, 22, of Minot, was arrested on Friday and charged with aggravated assault, a Class C felony, in connection with an incident that occurred during the Lil’ Wayne concert at the North Dakota State Fair on July 24.
According to the Ward County Sheriff’s Department, witnesses reported that around 10:40 p.m., two females were involved in an altercation in the standing room area of the grandstand. During the incident, the women ended up on the floor, and a male spectator was seen kicking one of the women in the head, causing serious injury.
The sheriff’s department sought public assistance to identify the suspect, leading to Lundeen’s arrest. He is currently held at the Ward County Detention Center and awaits his initial court appearance in North Central District Court.
