HORACE, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A man was arrested at a Fargo, North Dakota hotel, after allegedly making a shooting threat toward a Middle School in Horace, just south of Fargo. Thirty-five year old James P. Donnelly is being held in the Cass County jail in Fargo.
