FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – On the morning of July 29th, Fargo police swiftly apprehended a burglary suspect at Tailgators on Main Avenue. At 5:45 a.m., an officer observed Javon Henley fleeing the scene. Surveillance footage revealed Henley entering a back room and leaving with a substantial amount of cash. The business’s door was damaged during the incident. Henley was found in possession of $1,010 and has been charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor refusal to halt.
