FOSSTON, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Kevin K. Spong of Fosston, Minnesota, has been charged with felony reckless discharge of a firearm within a municipality and gross misdemeanor domestic assault. On July 26, 2024, Spong allegedly fired a .45 caliber handgun into the floor of his home’s front porch. Following this, he reportedly threatened to beat the female victim and stated he would shoot anyone who came to their home.
