I wish you could cover incidents in northeast Mn (Duluth) as most crimes here are never brought to the public's attention.
Police fail to understand that the owner of a stolen auto simply wants the car back unharmed. Police on the other hand simply want an arrest & don't care about the solen car. Since the owner has no control, they quite often get the car back totaled or in need of thousand of dollars in repairs. Police love their PITs!
