ROSEAU, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Bradley V. Kaml, a 31-year-old resident of Greenbush, Minnesota, is facing serious criminal charges after allegedly endangering a crowd at a parade in Roseau. On July 24th at approximately 4:40 p.m., Kaml drove his vehicle at speeds of 40 to 50 mph near spectators, putting between 50 to 100 people at risk.
Kaml has been charged with felony assault, reckless driving, and disorderly conduct. According to court documents, his actions during the parade caused panic and fear among attendees, though fortunately, no injuries were reported. Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident, and Kaml is scheduled to appear in court to face the charges.
