According to court documents, the incident occurred on December 15 at approximately 11:05 p.m. A neighbor reported seeing a vehicle in a farmyard near Kramer.


Law enforcement responded to the area and located the vehicle, according to the documents. Kyle Gladue of Dunseith and Chelsea Nadeau of Belcourt were arrested at the scene.
Court documents allege the pair had been inside a building on the property. The documents also claim they had meth and fentanyl.
Authorities also seized cash, according to the documents. The amount listed was $5,081.
