The Northwest Regional Correction Center reported the arrest of the following-
Richard John Peck II, 38 of Crookston, for Criminal Vehicular Homicide or operation of a motor vehicle in a grossly negligent manner.
Arron Markus Arellano, 40 of Moorhead, for Domestic Abuse, violate an order of protection.
The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls on 7/22/2024 –
At 3:49 p.m., the CFD responded to the 100 block of Sargent St. for a report of a smoke detector activation. Upon arrival, the CFD investigated, and it was found to be cooking that had caused the alarm to activate. There was no danger present. The CFD reset the alarm panel, and then cleared the scene.
