FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – In Fargo, North Dakota, Aaron Doss, 27, faced the consequences of his actions after participating in a plot to coerce and entice a minor into committing an illegal sex act. Despite having cold feet at the last minute, Doss was indicted alongside former school superintendent Ryan Baron for using the internet as a tool for criminal manipulation.

Doss pleaded guilty to one count of the indictment, leading to a nonbinding agreement between him and the government that would drop all other charges against him. However, Chief Judge Peter Welte reserves the right not to abide by this agreement when determining Doss’s sentence in November.

Ryan Baron, 41, is set for trial on August 6th, although his attorney has requested a continuance. The former Midkota School District employee faced charges of possessing child sexual abuse materials and had his license suspended by the state board in March. A victim from the Midkota school district was identified during Baron’s previous state case hearing.

The federal suit also accuses Baron of six other counts, including attempted sexual exploitation of a child and receiving, possessing, and distributing images depicting the sexual exploitation of children.
