The Northwest Regional Correction Center reported the arrest of the following-
Matthew Laverne Zerck, 61 of Fosston, for harassment-violation of a restraining order.
Timothy Michael Patridge, 55 of Grand Forks, for domestic abuse-violating an order for protection.
The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls on 7/17/2024 –
At 5:15 p.m., the CFD responded to Section 18 of Euclid Township for a report of a car fire. Upon arrival, the CFD was able to extinguish the fire. The CFD then monitored the scene, and once the area was deemed safe, the CFD cleared the scene.
At 5:18 p.m., the CFD responded to Section 18 of Gentilly Township for a report of a grass fire. Upon arrival, there was a small grass fire present. The CFD was able to contain and extinguish the fire. Once the area was deemed safe, the CFD cleared the scene.
