Thief River Falls, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – On July 7 at 9:06 p.m., police responded to a report of disorderly conduct in the municipal parking lot near the intersection of Fourth Street and LaBree Avenue in Thief River Falls. Gina Lee Benavidez, 43, has been cited for disorderly conduct and obstruction of the legal process.
According to the report, Benavidez was allegedly yelling at a local man when an officer arrived on the scene. Despite the officer’s repeated requests for her to stop and talk, Benavidez continued walking and yelled back at him in defiance. She refused to comply with the officer’s instructions and remained argumentative, leading to her arrest.
