Semi Truck and Cadillac Collide in Saint Joseph Township
Saint Joseph Township (trfnews.i234.me) – A collision occurred on December 9th, 2025, at 9:35 AM in Saint Joseph Township, Stearns County, when a semi truck and a Cadillac XT6 crashed at the intersection of Highway 23 and Interstate 94. The incident took place under snow and icy road conditions, resulting in non-life-threatening injuries.
The semi truck, traveling northbound on Highway 23, was attempting to make a U-turn when it collided with the Cadillac, also heading northbound. The drivers involved were Bobby Earl Washington, 58, of Saint Cloud, MN, and Sean Eben Nason, 51, of Fargo, ND.
Washington, the driver of the Cadillac, deployed the vehicle’s airbags but sustained only minor injuries. He was wearing his seatbelt at the time. Nason, driving the semi truck, was unharmed in the crash, and his passenger, 10-year-old Thoryn A. Moary, also from Fargo, was not injured. Neither alcohol nor helmets were involved in the incident.

The incident caused a temporary traffic disruption while emergency services responded. Stearns County Sheriff’s Department and Mayo Clinic Ambulance were on the scene, ensuring the safety of those involved.
