CROOKSTON ARREST/FIRE REPORT JULY 15, 2024

The Northwest Regional Correction Center reported the arrest of the following over the weekend- 

Landen Dwayne Duckworth-Rudnik, 29, of Crookston, Harassment, Violation of Restraining Order.

Christopher Curtis Cloud, 32, of Moorhead, for Receiving Stolen Property.

Justin Lee Salinas, 19, of Crookston, Disorderly Conduct.

Jason Harms Bies, 51, for Drugs in the Third Degree, Possession of Schedule One or Two Drugs in a School/Park/Public Housing Zone.

Joseph Cole Wulfson, 33, of East Grand Forks, for Malicious Punishment of a Child.

Kaleb Lee Armstrong, 19, of Euclid, for DUI, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.

The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls over the weekend – 

7/14/2024

At 4:36 p.m., the CFD responded to the 100 block of E 5th St for a report of black smoke coming from a backyard. Upon arrival, the CFD spoke with the homeowner about the City’s burn restrictions and what the individual can and cannot burn in their yard. There was no danger present. The CFD then cleared the scene.

 At 5:00 p.m., the CFD responded to the 800 block of Eickhof Blvd. for an alarm activation. Upon arrival, the CFD spoke with staff on the scene, and it was found that cooking had caused the alarm activation. There was no danger present. The CFD ventilated the building, reset the alarm, and cleared the scene.
