It happened at the intersection of Brooks Avenue and First Street West.

According to the report, Travis Qualley was driving a 2026 Chevy Silverado northbound on Brooks Avenue.

James Engelstad of Thief River Falls was driving a 2003 Ford Taurus westbound on First Street West.
