SHELDON, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – We now have an update on the exclusive story from Sheldon, North Dakota, on the Fourth of July. Charges have been filed against two men after a woman, who had been assaulted, jumped from a vehicle.
First responders were called to 117 Broad Street in Sheldon for a 20-year-old female victim who had jumped from a vehicle. She had bruises on her ankles and black eyes. Gaige Green of Sheldon and Thomas Heal Jr. of Nome have both been charged with felony felonious restraint.
According to court documents, the victim stated that she and Heal drove to pick up Green from the jail in Valley City that day. Green accused her of cheating on him while he was in jail, then bit her on the arm, leg, and face, and punched her multiple times. The victim, along with her dog, managed to jump out of the vehicle while in Sheldon. Green reportedly yelled at her to get back in the vehicle. Law enforcement noted multiple injuries on the victim.
