Pennington County (trfnews.i234.me) — Driving-while-impaired cases are among the latest entries in the Pennington County Citation Disposition Bulletin.
The bulletin includes cases from the Minnesota State Patrol, Pennington County Sheriff’s Office, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, and Thief River Falls Police Department.
Court dispositions list fines, stayed jail time, probation terms, and dismissed charges.
Minnesota State Patrol Cases
Candice Danielle Lewis, 36, of Grygla, was listed with third-degree DWI.
She was fined $690 and received 364 days in jail.
Of that sentence, 362 days were stayed for two years.
She received credit for two days served.
Lewis was placed on probation to the court for two years.
She was ordered to complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days.
She must also complete recommended treatment and aftercare.
A driver’s license restriction for driving without ignition interlock was also listed.
That count carried a $210 fine and 364 stayed jail days.
A driving after revocation ignition interlock violation was dismissed.
Matthew Steven Voll, 27, of Thief River Falls, was fined $125 for speeding 40 in a 30 mph zone.
Makay James Berns, 26, of Oklee, was fined $135 for failing to stop.
Bethany Darlene Helmeke, 22, of Newfolden, was fined $285 for driving after revocation.
Sheriff’s Office And DNR Cases
Abigail Delores Sauer, 19, of Clearbrook, was listed in a Minnesota DNR case.
She was fined $185 for taking fish in a closed season.
Alicia Noel Wikert, 39, of Thief River Falls, was listed with third-degree DWI.
The case involved an alcohol level of 0.16 or greater.
Wikert was fined $915 and received 364 stayed jail days.
She was placed on probation to the court for four years.
She must complete a comprehensive assessment and recommended treatment.
Jarrett James McKay, 18, of Thief River Falls, was fined $225 for speeding 50 in a 30 mph zone.
Denise Ann Naeseth, 61, of Thief River Falls, was fined $125 for speeding 60 in a 55 mph zone.
Thief River Falls Police Cases
Jacob Adison Hanson, 30, of Newfolden, was fined $185 for careless driving.
He was also fined $30 for expired registration.
Dylan Michael Scherer, 37, of McIntosh, was fined $285 for careless driving.
He received 30 stayed jail days and one year of probation.
Kenny Howard Stauffacher Jr., 33, of Thief River Falls, was fined $135 for disorderly conduct.
He also received 30 stayed jail days and six months of probation.
Stauffacher was fined $50 for dropping an object on a vehicle on a highway.
A careless driving charge was dismissed.
Jordan Michael Scheving, 17, of Grygla, was fined $125 for speeding 45 in a 40 mph zone.
Maverick Lee Iverson, 18, of Thief River Falls, was fined $135 for a tinted or glazed windshield.
