Bluffton (trfnews.i234.me) — A Wadena woman is facing a gross misdemeanor charge in Otter Tail County. Court records say she served alcohol to a 19-year-old at a Bluffton bar.

Charge Filed In Otter Tail County

Amanda Louise Roggenkamp, 29, has been charged in Otter Tail County District Court. The charge is furnishing alcohol to a person under 21. The alleged incident happened on or about November 5, 2025.
