Fargo (trfnews.i234.me) — A Fargo man is facing two felony charges after authorities say he entered a woman’s apartment and threatened to shoot her.
The defendant is Richard Michael Robbins, of Fargo. He is charged with terrorizing and criminal trespass, according to court documents.
Investigators say the incident happened on December 5 at about 10:22 a.m. Court records state a witness called 911 and reported that Robbins went into the woman’s apartment without permission.
The caller told dispatchers that Robbins allegedly pushed the woman against a wall and threatened to shoot her. The victim later told authorities that Robbins also made gun-like gestures with his hand, according to the documents.
Authorities also report there is surveillance video that shows Robbins entering the apartment. Robbins was later located and arrested, court records say.

Charges Filed
Robbins now faces felony counts of terrorizing and criminal trespass. Court documents outline the allegations and reference the reported threat and the video evidence.
Charging documents are not proof of guilt. The case will proceed through the court process, where prosecutors must prove the allegations beyond a reasonable doubt.
