Pennington County (trfnews.i234.me) Police are investigating multiple package thefts reported at the Rivers Bend Apartments earlier this month.
According to the report, officers received a call on November 5 regarding stolen packages at the complex. The caller told police several packages had been taken from outside apartment doors.
The thefts involved two different buildings within the complex. Packages were reported stolen from the 100 building and the 102 building. Police did not release a list of missing items or their value.
No suspects were immediately identified, and officers did not report damage to any doors or property. Police continue to review the case and urge residents to report suspicious activity in the area.
Package thefts tend to increase during the holiday season as more deliveries occur. Authorities encourage residents to consider delivery lockers, supervised drop-off locations, or scheduled pickups when possible.
