White Earth Man Charged in Becker County Burglary Case
BECKER COUNTY, MN ( trfnews.i234.me ) — A White Earth man is facing serious felony charges after investigators linked him to a pair of burglaries near his home. According to Becker County court documents, a security camera helped identify Jordan L. Manypenny as a suspect in the break-ins.
Authorities say the burglaries involved a range of stolen property, including a red cloth wagon, a box of copper wire, a shotgun, a chainsaw, and other household items. During questioning, Manypenny reportedly admitted to selling both the chainsaw and the shotgun to another man in exchange for a “50 pack” of fentanyl.
Following the investigation, Manypenny was charged with felony burglary and possession of burglary or theft tools. The items recovered from the scene and the suspect’s statements were used to support the charges.
Officials say the case highlights the growing link between property crimes and drug activity in the region. The use of surveillance technology also played a key role in solving this case, as security footage provided a clear lead for investigators.

Manypenny is expected to make his next court appearance later this month as the case moves through the judicial process.
